These terms govern access to the We Love Ibiza Group website and use of our Ibiza concierge services.
By using the site or contacting us, you accept these terms.
2. Services
We Love Ibiza Group acts as concierge and broker, connecting clients with local providers (villas, yachts, clubs, restaurants, transport).
Daniel & Alla coordinate requests; the final service contract may be with the relevant partner under their terms.
3. Requests and bookings
Any enquiry via form or WhatsApp is not confirmed until a written quote is accepted.
Availability, pricing and conditions (deposit, cancellation) are shared before validation.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in euros unless stated otherwise. Concierge service fees may apply and are shown on the quote.
Payment methods are specified upon confirmation.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the provider (villa, yacht, club). We communicate them clearly before payment.
Weather or force majeure: rescheduling or alternatives offered when possible.
6. Liability
We Love Ibiza Group selects reliable partners but is not liable for third-party acts or omissions to the extent permitted by law.
Clients remain responsible for conduct, local rules and agreed schedules.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, images and logo are protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
8. Governing law
Spanish law applies. Competent courts per applicable consumer regulations.
