REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

As We Love Ibiza is an online marketing platform and does not sell physical products directly, our refund and return policy applies only to digital services, advertising, and ticket sales where applicable. We do not handle returns for third-party services such as villa rentals, yacht charters, or event bookings. Any disputes regarding these services must be resolved directly with the service provider.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our business model, returns are not applicable for:

• Villa and yacht rentals (as these are advertising-based listings and not direct transactions with us).
• Event tickets and experiences (refunds are subject to the policy of the third-party provider).
• Advertising services (advertising fees are non-refundable once a campaign has started).
• E-commerce products (if applicable, refunds depend on the seller’s policy).

For any issues regarding services purchased through our platform, please contact the service provider directly.

REFUND POLICY

We Love Ibiza offers refunds only in the following cases:

• Event cancellations: If an event promoted through our platform is canceled, refunds will be processed based on the event organizer’s policy.
• Advertising errors: If there was an error on our part in displaying an advertisement, a refund or credit may be provided at our discretion.
• Technical issues: If a payment was mistakenly charged due to a system error, a refund may be issued upon verification.

Processing Time:

• Refunds may take up to 60 days to process.
• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
• We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

• Final Sale: All sales for advertising services, event tickets, and promotional space are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Disputes with Third-Party Providers: If you have an issue with a villa rental, yacht charter, event ticket, or another service, you must resolve it directly with the provider. We Love Ibiza does not facilitate refunds for third-party services.
