Casa India is situated in the exclusive neighbourhood of Roca Llisa, a 10 minute drive from Ibiza Town and 15 minutes from the airport. The quiet and pretty cove of Cala Olivera is just a few minutes away and the well-known beaches of the east coast are all within a 20 minute drive.
Surrounded by 5,000m² of lush Mediterranean gardens and multi-level decked terraces, this lovingly restored and modernised property accommodates up to 12 guests in six ensuite double bedrooms. It is an ideal choice for friends and family holidays as well as retreats and corporate events.
The villa has an overall living space of 850m² on two levels. The interiors are typically Ibizan with clean-lined whitewashed walls, natural stone floors and a blend of local and Indian furnishings, textiles and artwork. The open plan living area is light and spacious with a large lounge, TV corner with open fireplace and a large 10-seater dining table. At the far end of the living space there is a fully-equipped open kitchen, and there is also an outdoor kitchen and an al fresco dining terrace. Sliding glass doors running the length of the room open onto the surrounding terraces and gardens, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
The six double bedrooms have been individually designed and decorated and all have ensuite bathroom facilities, air-conditioning, iPod/iPad docking stations, WiFi internet and LCD TVs. The ground floor bedrooms have access onto decked terraces with raised platforms for sitting areas, whilst the bedrooms on the first floor have balconies with wonderful views. A roof terrace, with comfortable rattan sofas and armchairs set under the shade of a gazebo, provides the perfect place to steal a moment of solitude or social time whilst watching the magical Ibizan sunset.
Outside there are two swimming pools set apart from one another, with separate wooden decked sun terraces furnished with sun loungers, daybeds and sunshades. Away from the main villa in the gardens and surrounded by water, is a stone paved yoga platform. The yoga platform can also be used as an additional sun-deck or terrace. There is also a fitness room with free weights, cardio equipment and a yoga/stretching area. Personal training and private yoga lessons can be arranged upon request (additional rates apply).
Casa India has WiFi internet throughout, a sound system and Satellite TV in the lounge. There is an office/study room for those who may need to work or hold meetings during their stay. There is ample parking on-site and 24 hour security.

The cancellation of the rental, which “We Love Ibiza Group” accepts is subject to the following cancellation terms:
– As a general rule, rental cannot be modified or canceled.
– If there was a cancellation by the client the cancellation policy stated in the contract will be:
More than 60 days before the booked service would start: the expenses of cancellation will be equal to 50% of the amount of the service. Between 60 and 40 days before the expenses of cancellation are equal to 75% of the amount of your rental. Between 40 days and the date of the client’s arrival the expenses of cancellation are 100% of the amount of rental. If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of any insurance policy you have purchased you may be able to reclaim any applicable non-refunded fees or cancellation charges from the insurers. The owner or the management company cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by a client in relation to a cancelled Service or any part thereof.
