What to Expect from Our Wine Tastings

Our formal wine tastings include a comprehensive presentation and the tasting of five distinct wines. These sessions are available in both English and Spanish. To ensure a personalised experience, each session is limited to a maximum of 24 people, and advance reservations are required.

Included in Your Tasting Experience

• History and Philosophy: Begin with a 15-minute presentation covering the history of winemaking on the island, an overview of its vineyards and grape varieties, and our philosophy of sustainable winemaking.
• Wine Tasting: Follow the presentation with a tasting of five different wines, available with or without food pairing, depending on your selected option.

Wine Pairing:

• Presentation and wine tasting with full pairing.
• Includes Iberian ham, cold cuts, local cheeses with quince jam and honey, and bread with grated tomato.
• Wines: Can Bassó and Ibizkus.
